* How to place an order

Every item is custom made as ordered just for you :)

 

To order a product you just have to send an email using the form on your below right indicating on the 'subject' box "order - and the number of items you wish to buy."

 

On the 'message' box, please include the following details:

 

- which items you wish to buy;

- your name and surname;

- the address where you wish to have the order sent to;

- your contact email;

- items can be personalised in terms of colour or by adding a small detail to be more of your taste so please mention any particular details you wish to have added or altered. 

 

In about 24 hours you will receive an email back  confirming the order and with the details for payment - in case you wish to pay by bank transfer - and how much will the postage be.

 

As soon as the payment is received, an email will be sent confirming this and letting you know when the order will be posted. 

 

* Payment Methods

 

We accept payments through Paypal and also through bank transfer. When the order is placed we will send an email back with the payment details you will have to use - either of the Paypal account or the International Bank account number (IBAN) depending on which payment method you prefer.

 

* Shipping

 

We ship worldwide from Lisbon, Portugal via the Portuguese national mail (CTT).

 

The cost of the items stated on the website do not include postage. The cost of shipping will be confirmed as soon as the order is made due to the fact that it depends on the quantity and the place where it wll be mailed to as well as if you need it to be sent urgently or not.

 

*Refunds and Exchanges

 

We unfortunately do not refund or exchange products but we take photographs of the items prior to packaging and posting, to confirm quality control.

 

 

*Additional Policies

 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your creation but the specific time scale will be  mentioned when the order is placed.

 

All items are handmade so please beware that there might be slight differences from the website picture but we trust you understand this is part of the craft and uniqueness of these pieces.

 

Some creations might have smaller pieces that are not suitable for younger children and we take no responsibility for its incorrect use.
